Once an item has been purchased, then that sale is binding and cannot be cancelled.

If you feel that the item is not as described or you have been misled, then we are happy to enter into further discussions.  

If by prior agreement, the buyer wishes to return an item once received, then all responsibility and associated return transportation costs will be met fully by the buyer. 

All other return costs i.e. any damage repair required upon inspection, restocking and associated PayPal fees will be taken before a refund is issued.
